With only a week to go, food and drink producers across North East Scotland are preparing to throw their doors open to the public for this year’s Provenance Festival, which takes place across the region from Friday 30 September through to 9 October.

Our latest Factsheets summarise consumer research we carried out earlier this year. Our second Factsheet shares the results of focus groups we conducted in the central belt of Scotland and north of England exploring perceptions and sentiments towards the region.

A bold and ambitious plan for growth in the tourism sector in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire has been launched. Commissioned by VisitAberdeenshire on behalf of the tourism sector and supported by Scottish Enterprise, the Framework for Growth has assessed the achievements of the 2018 destination strategy and identified future trends and opportunities through to 2030.

Businesses in Aberdeen are invited to dress their windows with a cycling design or theme in the lead up to the Tour of Britain, which departs from Aberdeen on Sunday 4 September. Some great prizes are on offer for the best dressed windows!
