Is your customer service the best it could be? We’re working in partnership with WorldHost to improve our local tourism businesses’ customer service provision.

By undertaking the one day WorldHost training, participants will gain invaluable skills and techniques, which represent the fundamentals of customer service. Delegates will be encouraged to take pride in what they do and where they live with core information about the region.


We are delighted to have achieved WorldHost Destination Status in December 2017.

As one of the as the largest regions in Scotland to have undertaken the training, that means over 110 local businesses had at least half of their customer facing staff complete one of the WorldHost suite of customer service training programmes.
