They deliver content across multiple channels, including email, website and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, while partnering with like-minded brands to amplify the region’s story. Insights and Evaluation 

The Insights and Evaluation team leads on research and data analysis across VisitAberdeenshire. They manage projects that gather and interpret market intelligence, supporting internal decision-making and helping partners understand tourism trends. By sharing insights publicly, the team positions VisitAberdeenshire as a thought leader in the region’s visitor economy.

Business Services 

The Business Services team underpins the organisation’s operations, providing support across HR, finance, facilities, and health and safety. They ensure strong corporate governance, assist employees, volunteers, and the Board, and lead on educational projects that strengthen the organisation’s impact.
