Partner with VisitAberdeenshire to increase your visibility and reach visitors across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Discover a range of free opportunities to highlight your business, from organic social media promotion to listing your offers on our website.
Engage with us organically by using our hashtags #visitabdn or #beautifulabdn and tagging @visitabdn on Instagram, your content could be featured on our social stories or grid.
You can list your business and offers free of charge by emailing the Tourism Development team at submissions@visitabdn.com. Once created, you’ll be able to manage your own listings and offers directly.
Conference Delegate Offers
Our Delegate Offers help conference delegates make the most of their stay in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire while giving your business great exposure.
Submit your offer to be featured by the Aberdeen Convention Bureau for all conference and event delegates visiting the region. Delegates are high-spending visitors who stay an average of three nights and often extend their trips before or after the conference.
Offers are exclusive to delegates (redeemable with a delegate badge) and promoted in collaboration with conference organisers. You can create any type of offer on food, retail, tours or tickets, upgrades, 2-for-1 deals, or other incentives and specify restrictions such as excluded dates or maximum discounts.

Familiarisation Visits
Familiarisation visits give trade buyers the chance to experience Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire firsthand, discovering products and experiences that will appeal to their clients.
If you offer a travel trade product, you may be able to participate by hosting on a complimentary or subsidised basis. Whether you already work with the travel trade or are looking to develop a trade-ready product, we’d love to hear from you.

Promote your events to thousands of visitors by listing them on the What’s On section of visitabdn.com, the site’s most visited page with over 25,000 views per month. Event listings are free and may also be featured across our website in prominent positions, in our visitor e-newsletters and social media updates.
