Alison Christie, Area Manager for Leonardo Hotel group is a dedicated Hotelier with 44 years continuous service in the Hospitality Industry.
Born & bred in Aberdeenshire on the family farm, Alison first experienced the hospitality industry in the family pub, which was owned by the family through 2 generations.
Starting her career as a Head Waitress, she is now the Area Manager for 8 hotels across Scotland, comprising of 1,175 bedrooms, conference, banqueting and leisure facilities.
She is active across many areas of the industry, leading & promoting the Hospitality Apprenticeship programme across the North East, past chair of the Aberdeen City & Shire Thistle awards and committee member for the Aberdeen City & Shire Hotel Association.
Alison is passionate about the Hospitality industry and specialises in mentoring, not just her own management and employees, but many in the industry across Scotland.
