Prior to arriving in Scotland 8 years ago, I have enjoyed a career working in hospitality and in various positions and countries for over 28 years.
I am currently Talent & Development Manager for Artfarm Scotland where we operate the award-winning Fife Arms Hotel in Braemar and Fish Shop Restaurant & Fishmongers in Ballater.
My role encompasses recruitment and retention, with a focus on developing our team, as well as working with partners focussing on promoting hospitality as an inspirational and diverse career.
