Local businesses show support for Taste of Buchan 2025

After a successful pilot year, Taste of Buchan is back to celebrate food and drink in the Buchan area.
Travel and Tourism S6 pupils at Peterhead Academy, with support from VisitAberdeenshire, are curating and organising the event to showcase Buchan’s local food and drink businesses to the public. This project was developed in 2023 as a DYW Collaborative Partnership between Peterhead Academy and VisitAberdeenshire to provide young people with industry guidance and inspire the future tourism workforce.
An opportunity to network with producers and makers, source suppliers, or to purchase the best local produce of the region, the Taste of Buchan event will be open for anyone, consumers and businesses, to attend.
The event welcomes back returning businesses from 2024 and a host of businesses joining for the first time. Below is a list of the confirmed exhibiting businesses.

Taste of Buchan is a free public event organised by Peterhead Academy pupils supported by VisitAberdeenshire taking place on Thursday 27 February 2025 at the Palace Hotel, Peterhead.
