Group cancellation policy: On admission tickets: cancellation prior to 24 hours before booked visit free of charge. Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled visit £10 administration charge. On pre-booked catering: moe than 72 hours in advance cancellation free of charge. Cancellation within a 72 hour period of booking will incur a 50% charge.
