Group cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation a full refund of the booking charge will be made ( minus a deduction of £50 administration charge) up to 12 weeks prior to start date of holiday, from week 12 – week 6 a refund of 50% of the booking charge ( minus £50 admin charge) will apply and from week 6 – start of holiday, we will attempt to re-let the property and if successful, a discretionary payment may be made.
