Rosa began her hospitality career as a HANE hospitality apprentice at the Leonardo Hotel Aberdeen, where she gained hands-on experience across all departments, from housekeeping and food and beverage to the front desk and kitchen, which sparked her passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Her dedication soon led her to a leadership role as Insights Duty Manager, where she focused on problem-solving, smooth operations, and guest satisfaction.
Rosa’s commitment to growth saw her complete Leonardo Hotels’ internal program, Insights, and earn a HIT Scotland scholarship focused on sales, enhancing her strategic approach. Her excellence was recognized with multiple awards, including Employee of the Year in 2022 and The MacRobert Trust Emerging Talent Award in 2023.
Now, as Cluster Sales Executive, Rosa leverages her operational expertise and passion for service to drive business across three key locations—Aberdeen, Inverness, and Perth, always striving to deliver tailored solutions for clients and guests.
