Morgan’s journey in hospitality is truly inspiring. Her early passion for the industry led her to the HANE program, where she gained invaluable hands-on experience at Banchory Lodge Hotel. The diverse roles she tackled—ranging from housekeeping to reception—equipped her with a holistic understanding of hotel operations.
After her apprenticeship, Morgan stepped into an Assistant Manager position, sharpening her leadership and management skills. The transition to Leonardo Hotels as a Duty Manager marked a significant shift, allowing her to work in a larger, more dynamic setting. With the support of her operations manager, she’s now pursuing a Level 7 SVQ in Management, further solidifying her expertise.
Morgan’s commitment to her growth in the industry, combined with her strong foundational skills, positions her well for continued success in hospitality. Her journey reflects not only her dedication but also her ability to adapt and thrive in various environments.
