Meet Alanna.

Alanna is VisitAberdeenshire’s Travel Trade Executive, working hard to promote Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire to UK and international travel trade partners, helping grow leisure tourism across the region.

With over 15 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, Alanna brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. She holds an HND in Travel and Tourism from NESCOL and previously worked as a senior business travel consultant, so she knows her way around an itinerary

Here’s three things you might not know about Alanna:

• She’s rarely at home in her spare time, you'll usually find her off in her campervan, exploring Scotland with her dog and a good book in hand
• Her favourite part of the job? Meeting amazing people from all over the world and showing off everything this brilliant region has to offer.
• She loves attending festivals and highland games and will often be seen fully immersed with the bands and great people who make the events special.
